Jackie Shroff wants to take son Tiger Shroff to Teen Batti. Here’s why

Jackie Shroff’s son, Tiger Shroff will soon be commencing work for his next romantic film in September, in which his character is a dancer and hugely idolises Michael Jackson.

The protagonist in the film will also be a slum dweller, belonging to Mumbai’s Teen Batti area. But here is a trivia. Tiger’s father, Jackie has a close connection with the Teen Batti. During Jackie’s early days, he used to be a resident of the area, before he ventured into film. Producer Viki Rajani, the producer of Tiger’s next, will be shooting in the area and Tiger will visit Teen Batti with his father next month.

Jackie actually wants to revisit the area and share his good old memories of growing up with his son. “Before Jackie became a star, he belonged to a middle-class family that lived in Teen Batti. He visits the locality even today. Since Tiger plays a resident of that area in his next, he wants to explore the place with his father. The crew will go there for a recce soon. Tiger will visit the area with Jackie once the location is locked,” says a source close to Tiger.
