‘Kahaani 2’ starring Vidya Balan cleared without any cuts and UA certificate

The makers of ‘Kahaani 2‘ are overjoyed as their film has been cleared by CBFC without any cuts and has been granted a UA certificate. It’s indeed a moment of joy for the entire team of ‘Kahaani 2’. A source close to an entertainment web portal says, ‘It’s a clean ‘UA’ for ‘Kahaani 2’ with no cuts. And director Sujoy Ghosh is breathing a sigh of relief. Any cuts in the taut suspense thriller would have disrupted the flow of the narrative. Sujoy was exceptionally tense. Luckily the film sailed through the censor board totally unhampered.”

The movie starring Vidya Balan in the lead is a suspense drama where the character of Vidya, Durga Rani Singh is on the run and wanted by the cops for kidnapping and murder charges. The movie is helmed by Sujoy Ghosh and will be releasing on December 2. 2016.

The movie also stars Arjun Rampal in the role of a cop. The earlier movie ‘Kahaani’ also featured Vidya Balan in it, but the story was completely different.
