Kangana Ranaut not a part of Shirish Kunder’s next

After Kangana Ranaut attended the release of Shirish Kunder’s short film ‘Kriti’ recently, rumour mills were abuzz stating that the actress might be part of Shirish’s next feature film.

Shirish is currently working on his next, which is a murder-thriller and whose central character is a female. While there were strong speculations of Kangana being the main lead of the film, a source close to Farah and Shirish denied the news. Talking to DNA, the source reveals, “There was no agenda for Kangana coming. Farah and the actress have worked in the songs for Rangoon and are fond of each other. It was Farah who asked Kangana to come for the event, and she immediately agreed.”

Guess we will just have to wait to know who the female lead in Shirish’s next is.
