Kapil Sharma to be honoured with Dadasaheb Phalke award for the second time

Of late, Kapil Sharma has been making it to the headlines for all the wrong reasons. His fight with companion Sunil Grover attracted quite a lot of eyeballs and since then, his arrogance is what being discussed a lot in media. But keeping all of this aside, here’s some happy news for all his fans. Kapil Sharma is going to get honoured with Dadasaheb Phalke Award for the second time in his life. It was in 2014 that Kapil Sharma received his first Dadasaheb Phalke Award for spreading happiness and now, after a gap of three years, Kapil will receive this prestigious award for the second time.

But, we just hope he does not repeat the mistake he made the last time. As per reports, Kapil apparently had reached quite late for the ceremony and hence, had to collect his award from stage co-ordinator. We hope this time he reaches on time.

Apart from Kapil, Priyanka Chopra too is one of the awardees at Dadasaheb Phalke Awards this year. A special category has been created to honour her. ‘International Acclaimed Actress Award’, is what PeeCee will be honoured with this year.
