Karan Johar has a perfect message for those who indulge in gay shaming

Social Media is a tricky business. We have social media police charged up 24/7 to pull you down with their negative thoughts. It’s common for a star or rather even a commoner to get trolled on social media and the process does get ugly when people start shaming you for what you are! Slut shaming, body shaming, religion shaming are just common words now, thanks to the evolved world of social media. But are our Bollywood celebs ready to take any kind of shit that comes their way? Clearly not!

Karan Johar, who often gets targeted for his sexuality, recently took to his Twitter handle to post a very impactful message for all those who find it cool to shame anyone on social media. KJo says, “You don’t need to be arrested for gay shaming…body shaming…slut shaming….any shaming….because you are already living in a jail….”. [sic]

This is so true. It is not the person who is getting trolled at fault, but the one who is trolling, needs a mental check up.

Anyway, KJo is right now in New York to be a part of IIFA 2017.
