Kareena Kapoor Khan clears the air over her ‘No-kissing’ policy with Saif Ali Khan

Since the trailer of Kareena Kapoor Khan and Arjun Kapoor’s film ‘Ki & Ka’ made it to the internet, everyone is raving about the intimate scenes shared by the stars in the film. Specifically, Kareena breaking the ‘No-kissing’ policy’ made by her, has been trending all over.

Reportedly, post their marriage Saif and Kareena had come up with some fictional ‘No-kissing’ policy. According to this, the two stars were not allowed to kiss anyone on screen in the films. But, in ‘Ki & Ka,’ Kareena has not only showered Arjun with light kisses but, has indulged in some temperature raising intimate scenes for the film. Hence, the commotion over the same.

But, it seems that the entire fuzz about the kissing scenes has irked Kareena. In one of her latest interviews, she cleared all the air and said that this topic is really silly to talk about. She was quoted saying, “I think too much fuss is being made out of a non-issue. It’s being a little silly to keep on about the kissing bit when there’s much else to talk about. Everybody’s talking so much about it that now I want to clear all doubts. When we make certain statements we may mean something but a few years later down the line, as we grow older, wiser and more mature, our mindset, views and outlook to life changes too. So, if we said something then, we believed in it, today that has changed. When Saif and I got married there was a slight possessiveness and we decided let’s not do some things on screen now that we are married and yes, kissing was one of them. That happens, I think, with most newly married couple.”

‘Ki & Ka’ helmed by R Balki will hit the theatres on April 1, 2016.
