Kareena Kapoor Khan: I regret skipping education

Soon-to-be mommy Kareena Kapoor Khan is in best phase of her life. We have never seen any other actress carry her pregnancy with such a grace, as Begum Khan. Similarly, unlike others, Kareena has not shied away from being the news and having various media interactions during her course of pregnancy. In her latest interaction, she has spoken about she regrets skipping education and how well-read her hubby Saif Ali Khan is.

We all know that Kareena chose to pursue her career in acting, instead of taking up academics in college. But now, that she is saying that she regrets skipping education. “I do regret skipping education”, is what she exclaimed before boasting about hubby Saif Ali Khan’s academic background.

She said, “I meet Saif and his friends, and I feel like we get stuck in this whole thing of movies and monies, without having anything else to fall back on. His family and friends are so well-read; some are Rhodes scholars, and most have studied at Oxford, Cambridge or Winchester. He is so particular about academics with his kids, Sara and Ibrahim as well, and I am happy that he will be so with this child too. I come from a family which has been obsessed with the movies, but as I have grown older, I have realized there is more to life than just that. Now I try to travel, meet different people, explore new things. And I want that for my child.”
