Karisma Kapoor’s estranged husband Sunjay Kapoor petitions for kids’ custody again

Actress Karisma Kapoor and her husband Sanjay Kapoor recently decided to withdraw their mutual divorce petition as reportedly Sanjay’s family was not happy with his decision to split with Karisma. However, for the second time on a row, Sanjay has moved to the court, filing a petition which claims the kids’ custody.

Reportedly, the petition was filed 15 days ago. The petition seekes the custody of Sunjay and Karisma’s daughter Samaira and son Kiaan to be handed over to Sunjay, who are presently staying with Karisma.

Sunjay, previously, had withdrawn his first petition as the couple chose to file for a mutual divorce which included terms and conditions regarding children’s custody. However, they later refused to divorce mutually due to unsolved monetary questions. That led Sunjay to move to the court again, demanding his kids’ custody.

We are yet to see where it ends!
