Southern actress Kriti Kharbanda who makes her Bollywood debut with Emraan Hashmi starrer ‘Raaz Reboot’, had to perform quite a few intense and intimate sequences. At the end, Kriti calls it very difficult! Although she has been quite active in South, this type of a character never came across her in the past.
“My first kiss was with Emraan Hashmi and I was extremely scared. I was saying to myself ‘I don’t know how am I going to do this.’ It freaked me out and how.
I was very uncomfortable about it because I was doing it with a stranger which became very difficult for me,” Kriti told a news agency.
“Initially I had a lot of inhibitions. I have been very active in South, especially in the past three years, and the image I have there is of a sweet-girl-next-door. But ‘Raaz’ was in a different space,” she added.
Kriti, in the film, is a woman with a husband and a former lover who gets possessed. Directed by Vikram Bhatt, ‘Raaz Reboot’ hits the theatres on September 9.
