Kriti Sanon rubbishes reports of being approached for ‘Baaghi 2’

Of late, reports had it that the ‘Heropanti’ couple, Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon, will unite once again for ‘Baaghi 2’. Directed by Ahmed Khan, ‘Baaghi 2’ would mark the second instalment of franchise ‘Baaghi’ that had Shraddha Kapoor opposite Tiger. For part 2, names of several leading actresses from Bollywood made it to the headlines, but then the reports stated that Kriti Sanon has been finalised for this film. But looks like all these reports have turned out to be false. Kriti recently cleared the air and said that she has not been approached for ‘Baaghi 2’.

She was quoted saying, “I have not been approached for the film. I’m in touch with Tiger and would love to work with him again but we don’t meet regularly since half the time we are out of town on our own shoots. Meanwhile, Kriti is gearing up for the release of her film ‘Raabta’. The movie that revolves around the subject of reincarnation has Sushant Singh Rajput playing the male lead opposite Kriti. The film is slated to release on June 9, 2017.
