Speaking about his next play, Kunal confirms, “Yes I am planning to do something this year but it’s too early to talk about it right now. All I can say is that it is based on a short story that we are working on and developing.”

Also talking about his movies and what makes him attracted towards Shakespeare, he says, “The ranges of Shakespeare’s characters are just enormous. Each character, whether it’s a man or woman, prince or pauper, hero or anti hero, is so complex, layered and yet deeply identifiable. And his stories are timeless.”

Revealing a few insights about ‘The Noblemen’, the actor says, “I have had the opportunity to play such varied characters in the last year. This again, is very different from anything I have done before. The character is rebellious, and his teaching methods unique and unconventional. I connected deeply with that rebellion. With the need to break stereotypical ideas about how things should be done.”
