Makers of ‘Udta Punjab’ release the first motion logo

Shahid Kapoor fans, gear up! The actor just took to Instagram to announce that the official trailer of ‘Udta Punjab’ is to be out on April 16. Great news, right?

Shahid’s new earthen look for ‘Udta Punjab’ has already blown our minds. We also reported that the actor will play a rockstar who gets involved in drugs. Also, after a long time, Shahid and his ex-flame Kareena Kapoor Khan are coming together in a film. Young sensation Alia Bhatt will be also seen playing a Bihari immigrant; a kind of role that she hasn’t played before.

Enough reasons to look forward to the film, isn’t it? Directed by Abhishek Chaubey, ‘Udta Punjab’ is set to hit the theatres on June 17.
