#Manikarnika first look poster: Welcome Kangana Ranaut as the fierce warrior, Rani Lakshmibai

The first official poster of Kangana Ranaut-starrer ‘Manikarnika – The Queen of Jhansi’ is out now. The poster depicts the face of Kangana Ranaut as Rani Laxmibai and the text ‘Manikarnika’ is highlighted beautifully. Have a look at the poster here:

The poster was unveiled some time back at a press meet in Varanasi. Rani Lakshmibai whose name by birth was Manikarnika, was born in Varanasi, in the year 1828, to a Marathi-Brahmin family. The dialogues and lyrics for the movie have been penned by Prasoon Joshi. The movie is directed by Krish, produced by Zee Studios and Kamal Jain. The music is by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. As a part of the promotions, Kangana recently visited Kashi Vishwanath Temple to seek blessings for her movie. Earlier, a conceptualised sketch of Kangana Ranaut as Rani Laxmibai was released and now the poster. We are sure that the actress is going to do a fantastic job as the warrior queen.
