This is why Naseeruddin Shah had to act in ‘Teraa Surroor’

Naseeruddin Shah is one actor who is an inspiration in himself. The veteran actor has inspired millions with his impeccable acting prowess in his movies.

But he too has made mistakes, one of which is acting in Himesh Reshammiya starrer ‘Teraa Surroor’. All of his fans were in a state of shock seeing the actor in a movie, which proved to be a huge dud at the box-office. But, not many know that Naseer too had his reasons.

In an interview with Rajeev Masand, Naseer was asked about the same to which he responded, “I had very good reasons… a few hundred thousand reasons. You ask for satisfaction, you get satisfied – Financial satisfaction! (laughs)”. He further adds, “But what is worse than these movies… like Teraa Suroor or Welcome Back… are those movies that pretend to be meaningful, and you take them on and in two days you’re kicking yourself for picking them.”
