Nervous Shahid Kapoor is grateful for the response he has got for ‘Rangoon’

The trailer of Shahid Kapoor’s ‘Rangoon‘ was recently released. Praises have poured in from all corners for the trailer and actor’s performance in the same. But, according to Shahid, he was nervous about his character in the film.

Shahid said that he was nervous about portraying Nawab Malik in ‘Rangoon’, but he is elated and thankful for the tremendous response that he has got for the trailer and his character.

Shahid plays the role of a freedom fighter and army officer in the film and took to Twitter to thank his fans for love. He posted, “Thank you thank you thank you guys. Was rather nervous about this one. The response has been tremendous. Big big love to you all.”

Directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, ‘Rangoon’ also stars Kangana Ranaut and Saif Ali Khan. The movie will hit the big screens on February 24.
