Actor Ranveer Singh is busy shooting for his role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s period drama ‘Padmavati’. The movie has been through many controversies from the beginning.
Recently, a report in a leading tabloid stated that Ranveer had asked for gallons of mineral water to wash his hair. The reports further stated that he refused to use the water from the bathroom of the studio as it would make his hair dry.
Now, the CEO of Bhansali Productions, Shobha Sant has come out in the open and claimed that this news is completely untrue. She tweeted:

Now that should put an end to these incessant rumours. In the movie, Ranveer will play a negative role for the very first time. He will play the role of Alauddin Khilji. The movie also stars Deepika Padukone in the titular role of Padmavati and Shahid Kapoor as her husband, Raja Rawal Ratan Singh. ‘Padmavati’ is all set for release on November 17, 2017.
