No Way! Ranveer Singh rubbishes rumours of beefing up for ‘Befikre’

Rumours were making the round that Ranveer Singh is going to follow his senior like Salman Khan and Aamir Khan and would beef up for his next project. As Salman has bulked up for his film ‘Sultan’ and Aamir has put on weight for ‘Dangal,’ Ranveer was supposed to do the same. According to the reports, Ranveer was supposed to put on some extra kilos to be perfect for his character in the upcoming film titled ‘Befikre’ helmed by Aditya Chopra. The makers had supposedly asked Ranveer to pile some kilos in order to have that perfect chocolate boy look in the film but, Ranveer has rubbished all these rumours.

In the latest interview,  Ranveer clarified that he is not going to put on any extra kilos for ‘Befikre.’ There’s no truth behind this story. Quirky star said that “I am going to be lean, mean and sexy in ‘Befikre.’ Well, honestly we are happy with this news. Ranveer has a drool-worthy body and we don’t want him to let go of it. His chiselled body is worth a watch and we would be really be disappointed if he gets all beefed up.

The shooting of the film is set to start soon. The makers are just waiting for Ranveer to get back in his normal avatar. Ranveer who sported a beard for very long has shaved it off and has opted for a bold look for sometime. reports suggest that as soon as his hair grows back the makers would start rolling ‘Befikre.’ Beautiful Vaani Kapoor would play the role of the leading lady in the film.
