Oh no, it’s gone! Ranveer Singh chops off his Khilji moustache and beard, live on Instagram

We all know that Ranveer Singh will be seen playing the role of Sultan Alauddin Khilji in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavati’. The actor had grown moustache and beard for his role, which was quote regal, fit for an emperor. The look suited him quite well too, as they actor carried it with a panache. But, today Ranveer cut off his moustache and beard, and that too went live on Instagram to show his fans.

During the ‘Gunday’ times, it was Arjun Kapoor, who cut off his stache, and during the time of ‘Bajrao Mastani’, it was Deepika Padukone. This video certainly reminded us of those videos. But this time it was Ranveer himself who did the honours. Well, the actor looked quite sad while cutting off the moustache and beard. While we were thinking that it’s a wrap for Ranveer on ‘Padmavati’, the actor in the video revealed that he is cutting off the beard and moustache as now it’s time to be the young Khilji.

‘Padmavati’ also stars Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor. It is slated to hit the screens on November 17, 2017.
