Oops! Salman Khan pokes fun at Aamir Khan by saying, “Don’t marry a third time”

Salman Khan is one actor who never minces his words and has been quite vocal about his opinions, which has often landed him in trouble too. But, the Bindaas actor doesn’t worry about the consequences as he speaks his mind without any fear. Now recently, at a promotional event of his upcoming movie ‘Tubelight’, a leading channel quizzed him about Aamir Khan’s recent comment on him. It all started with Aamir Khan saying at an event that he would tie Salman’s hands and feet and get him married soon.

So, when Salman was asked to comment on this statement of Aamir, he said, “Yes, I have read somewhere that Aamir wants to make me get married and is ready to tie my hands and feet. I can only retort that I have also decided to tie his hands and feet to see to it that he does not get married a third time in his life.” Oops! Did he just take a dig at Aamir? The latter, who got divorced from his first wife Reena, settled in matrimony for the second time with Kiran Rao in 2005. They are also blessed with a little boy named Azad. However, of late there have been rumours about his growing fondness for his ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ co-star Fatima Sana Shaikh, leading to discord in his marital life. The rumours suggested that Fatima landed a role in the movie, thanks to her close proximity to the actor. However, Aamir’s wife defended her husband as she said, We don’t deal with it (casting). It’s a Yash Raj Films movie so Aditya Chopra, Vijay Krishna Acharya and Aamir have decided on it. As it is a big film for them. They would have given it (casting Fatima) a good thought. There has to be merit in it.”

Hence, the comments passed by Salman look like a sly dig at Aamir. Let’s see what the actor has to say to it.
