Ouch! Sanjay Leela Bhansali not casting Ranveer Singh in KHALNAYAK remake

From the mass to the critics, everyone is showering praises for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s latest directorial venture ‘Bajirao Mastani’ which has Ranveer Singh as the male lead. Ranveer, who did a wonderful roleplay of Maratha warrior Peshwa Bajirao, has absolutely stolen the show and even a perfectionist filmmaker like Bhansali recently accepted that Ranveer has become an integral part of his cinematic expressions in the recent times. Previously, the actor and the director had tied up for ‘Goliyon Ki Ras Leela-Ram Leela’ as well which was quite a success as well.

It has been in the news since 2013 that Bhansali will be remaking the superhit Khannayak. We were wondering if he’d consider Ranveer for the lead in this film as well; however, Bhansali recently denied any such possibility.

While talking to the media, he was asked if Ranveer would be seen in Khalnayak remake and answered ‘No, not at all. That’s totally incorrect.’
