Parineeti Chopra didn’t send any feelers to Salman Khan to cast her in ‘Sultan’

‘Sultan’ is minting money and creating records at Box Office, and has already been declared a blockbuster. Everything, from the storyline, to Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma’s performances, is being praised and applauded by all and sundry. However, did you know that Anushka was not the original choice for the role of Aarfa? Apparently, Parineeti Chopra was the one who was being considered for the role. However, Salman Khan was not keen on the same. There were rumours that the actress sent feelers to the superstar, so he casts her in the movie. However, Parineeti denied the same in the recent interview with a daily.

When Parineeti was asked about the rumours, the actress said, “I read one such story. It’s funny because I have not met him in the longest time. Of course, I would love to do a film with Salman. Who wouldn’t? But the fact that I am trying to meet him is laughable. I think such stories are written about every actor in Bollywood. All of us are constantly discussing stories about each other. These reports come out of nowhere.”

If rumours are to be believed, Parineeti had done the hot photoshoot to prove it to Salman that she was perfect for the role.

Currently, Parineeti has some interesting projects in her kitty. She will be seen in ‘Dishoom’ (cameo), ‘Meri Pyaari Bindu’ and ‘Takadum’.
