Parineeti Chopra’s schoolmate slams her for lying about coming from a poor background

Actress Parineeti Chopra recently attended a graduation day ceremony of the self-defence academy for women in Mumbai along with superstar Akshay Kumar. Both Akshay and Parineeti narrated some incidents about their childhood. Parineeti spoke about her childhood and shared a shocking incident of being eve-teased. She stated that she had a poor background as a child and as her family couldn’t afford a car, she used to go to school on a bicycle. She got eve teased by many boys, but that didn’t deter her spirit as her father had taught her to be a strong woman. One of her schoolmates has bashed Parineeti on Facebook for lying about her childhood and poor background. She has said that Parineeti belonged to an upper class right from her childhood days and she even recalls the car she travelled by. See what she has to say:

 

Oh okay, it’s a bit strange to know this. If this is indeed true, we wonder what was the need for Parineeti to lie about her childhood?
