Post split with husband, Adhuna Akhtar bonds with mother-in-law Shabana Azmi

One shocking divorce story of this season which left everyone traumatized is that of Farhan Akhtar seeking a divorce from wife Adhuna Akhtar. After spending 16 years together, Adhuna and Farhan decided to end their relationship on mutual consent. Thankfully, unlike the other fallouts, Adhuna and Farhan’s split was less on emotional drama. But post this, we never saw the two celebrities under one roof ever again.

No doubt, that their world has completely as both of them are surely facing some of the lowest phases in their lives. The two are living separately from each other. But surprisingly, this separation has not impacted Adhuna’s equation with Farhan’s family. We recently spotted Adhuna bonding with now ex-mother-in-law Shabana Azmi at the special screening of Sonam Kapoor’s ‘Neerja.’ It was a star-studded event with many stars dropping by to watch Sonam’s most awaited film. Shabana Azmi and Adhuna Akhtar too were on the guest list and it was such a delight to watch them posing together for the camera. Nothing seemed to have changed between the two and they smiled blissfully while getting clicked.

Well, it’s good to know that the two ladies are behaving in a matured manner and not creating a ruckus out of this issue.
