Priyanka Chopra: I slipped on a wet road while I was saving someone else

Priyanka Chopra won big at the People’s Choice Awards recently and has been making us all proud, time and again.

The actress, who was shooting for her Hollywood TV series ‘Quantico’ suffered injury on the sets and was rushed to hospital recently.

Speaking about the incident, Priyanka spoke about her injury and said, “I was doing stunts and it was raining that night, or snowing or whatever in New York. I was wearing rubber boots and it was stupid…I have done so many stunts but never hurt myself. But I slipped on a wet road while I was saving someone else, another co-actor of mine..and I hit my head on the bumper of the car and the road. I was taken to the ER and they did a CAT scan and they said it was a concussion. I had to take three days off work, sit on my couch and literally listen to audio books because I was told not to watch TV or read books!”

When asked whether the injury will affect her performing, the actress said, “No, I just have to wear my brace for a couple of days and then I am fine.”
