Purab Kohli becomes the face for Axis Bank’s new offering

Actor Purab Kohli, who is a travel junkie, has been appointed the digital ambassador of a new product launch — Multi-Currency Forex Card — by Axis Bank.

While Deepika Padukone is the main ambassador of Axis Bank, Purab has been roped in as the face of a new digital campaign to promote the new offering.

Purab and Deepika have previously worked and endorsed Nescafe together, the advertisements of which were widely appreciated.

“Axis is the market leader when it comes to Forex cards so it feels great to be associated with them. Also nice to be endorsing a brand back again with Deepika, though we are not in the same films together and endorsing different aspects of the brand,” he said of his latest association. [sic]

As part of this, Purab stars in a video campaign, a description of which reads on YouTube: “Sometime unpleasant things happen when you travel abroad. Bags do get stolen or lost. But thankfully you don’t have to worry about that any longer, because help is just a phone call away when you have the Axis Bank Multi-Currency Forex Card.”
