Ranbir Kapoor buys a luxurious apartment in Mumbai

Actor Ranbir Kapoor, who recently moved out of his Bandra love nest where he stayed with former bae Katrina Kaif, has recently bought a luxurious flat in Pali Hills, at an eye-popping amount of 35 Crores.

The size of the flat is 2,460 Sq. Ft which makes the per Sq. Ft rate 1.42 lakhs; probably the highest recorded transaction in the real estate business of Suburb Mumbai.

Located on the 7th floor of Vaastu Pali Hill, the apartment including two parking slots is part of a 12 storied tower which is also closer to the Krishna Raj Bungalow where the Kapoors presently stay.
