Ranbir Kapoor to start shooting for Sanjay Dutt biopic on Valentine’s Day

Rajkumar Hirani’s Sanjay Dutt biopic has been in news ever since it has been announced. The film suffered a lot of delays, but here is a good news for everyone waiting to see it.

The film starring Ranbir Kapoor will kickstart shooting on Valentine’s Day, i.e. February 14.

At present, the makers have decided on shooting a couple of main scenes in Mumbai followed by schedules in other parts of the country. As per reports, Ranbir has been spending a lot of time reading the script with the filmmaker in his office recently. A source reveals, “Ranbir has already begun to work out and get his body in shape. He has been meticulous and extremely cautious about how he plays one of his favourite matinee idols. If everything stays as planned, we will roll on February 14.”

Rajkumar had earlier filmed Sanjay’s exit from Yerwada Jail in Pune, hoping to include it in the biopic. Whether that happens or not, is still a mystery.

The movie also stars Sonam Kapoor in a pivotal role.
