What! Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone’s ‘Padmavati’ to get delayed?

Ever since Sanjay Leela Bhansali announced the making of ‘Padmavati’, the film has been making it to the headlines for all sorts of reasons. From its starcast to its budget going overboard, ‘Padmavati’ made it to the news for various reasons. And now, once again it is in the news because of its shooting schedule getting delayed.

Apparently, there are chances that the film’s release might get pushed to 2018, as the actors have their prior commitments to fulfill. It is said that Ranveer Singh, who is playing the role of Allaudin Khilji in the film, is set to take off to an undisclosed location to prepare for his character. As soon as he will be back, the quirky actor will have to start with the promotions of his film ‘Befikre’ with Vaani Kapoor. Meanwhile, Deepika Padukone, who will essay the role of Queen Padmavati in the film, is awaiting the release of her Hollywood flick ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’. She will soon begin promoting the same and will be travelling internationally. Shahid, who will don the hat of Raja Rawal Ratan Singh, is on a break to spend some time with baby daughter Misha.

Well, with this, the chances of the shoot taking off soon, seem unlikely. Let’s wait for the next update on the same…
