Specially everyone loved Ranveer Singh for his portrayal of Peshwa Bajirao I becoming his most challenging and loved performance till date. Recently, Sanjay Leela Bhansali was in news for getting the remake rights of Subhash Ghai’s 1993 classic ‘Khal-Nayak.’ Bhansali has offered Rs 9 crore to Subhash Ghai for the rights of the film. Subhash Ghai confirmed the news of Bhansali asking for the rights of his film. But still the negotiations of both parties is going on to seal it. If Bhansali locked this deal and took Ranveer for this project, it would be a damn interesting project for the actor to perform a character with grey shades.

Getting involved with perfection into the characters and receiving praises for his act in ‘Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela’ and ‘Bajirao Mastani,’ Ranveer Singh is ready to get into this role of ‘Khal-Nayak’ once the deal is locked officially.

The fans have to wait now for the official news of this combination of Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Ranveer Singh coming back with yet another masterpiece. The original ‘Khal-Nayak’ had Sanjay Dutt playing the title role with Jackie Shroff and Madhuri Dixit Nene in key roles.
