Disha Patani has been ruling the social media with some super hot pictures of hers. The actress’ work out pictures and videos are a hit amongst the youngsters.
The actress, who made her Bollywood debut opposite Sushant Singh Rajput in Neeraj Pandey’s ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’, follows a strict dance and fitness regime and recently while speaking to a leading daily, Disha shared the importance of being healthy. Talking about her daily routine, Disha said, “I follow a routine on a daily basis, which comprises dance class, gymnastics and going to the gym. The actress claims she is a sportsperson and this is what helps her remain fit. “I was always into sports and as a sportsperson, you need to be fit to survive and play from start to finish. As I grew up, I started practising gymnastics. I love dancing as well. So that keeps me fit.”
She further revealed that her principles of fitness are discipline, dedication, stamina and endurance.
Disha also revealed that she hasn’t run a marathon yet and this activity has been in her bucket list since a long time. She also said she will be striking this off her bucket list soon.
