Revealed! Why did Shraddha Kapoor ditch ‘Koffee With Karan 5’?

Following many Bollywood A-listers, Shraddha Kapoor too was supposed to appear on the latest season of ‘Koffee With Karan’ and was to shoot for the episode on Saturday.

The actress, however, ditched the shooting last minute due to a family emergency. While Shraddha was about to go for promotions of ‘OK Jaanu’, on Friday morning, she got a call from her driver, Jagdish’s family stating that he was hospitalised. Jagdish is a 60-plus chaffeur of the Kapoor family and been with them for decades.

Shraddha immediately informed her parents Shivangi and Shakti about the news and all of them rushed to the hospital to see him. Jagdish, who has been like a father to Shraddha, had suffered a cardiac arrest. The whole Kapoor family was with him till he had his surgery on Saturday.

This is the reason that Shraddha had to cancel her ‘KWK 5’ shoot, as she wanted to stay with Jagdish till he was recovered.

Shraddha resumed work on Sunday. We wonder when the actress will be shooting for the episode of ‘Koffee With Karan 5’ now?
