Richa Chadha clears all the air over her presence in ‘Fukrey 2’

A lot is being said and done about the sequel of 2013’s hit film ‘Fukrey’. Even before the shooting begins, ‘Fukrey 2’ garnered a lot of limelight because of the tiff between the stars. Apparently, the ‘Fukrey’ boys were not happy with the female lead, Richa Chadha getting paid higher than the rest. Post this, there were rumours that Richa is no more a part of this film. But rubbishing all these rumours, Richa said that she is still an important part of ‘Fukrey 2’.

At the screening of her short film ‘Raakh’, Richa was quoted saying, “I’m coming from the reading of ‘Fukrey 2’. The shoot starts in 2 weeks. Whoever has a doubt can come on the sets and meet our team. I’ll put up the details about the shoot on Twitter. So whoever wishes to come is most welcome.”

Directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, ‘Fukrey’ had Pulkit Samrat, Ali Fazal, Varun Sharma, Manjot Singh and Richa Chadha playing the lead characters. All the stars will reprise their characters in ‘Fukrey 2’ with a few new additions to entertain us.
