Richa Chadha extends her support to the victims of human trafficking

Bollywood stars have often come forward to support noble causes. Latest addition to the list is actress Richa Chadha. Richa has decided to support an NGO named ‘Purnata’ which works to rehabilitate women who are victims of human trafficking, and also train them technically and provide them with employment.

“When she met the girls over there for the first time she got inspired by them, with their will power and desire to reach a certain position in life. Richa will be spending her time extensively to work closely with the women from these NGOs who have braved difficult situations and are trying to give life a new lease”, a source was quoted stating to Bollywood Hungama about the same.

“I think a time comes in every actor’s life when they want to use their influence in the best possible way to contribute positively. I am glad I got a chance to help in this case. Human trafficking is a massive problem internationally, but every small step counts.”, Richa said, acknowledging the news.
