Rishi Kapoor leaves ‘Kapoor & Sons’ trailer launch midway but why!

On February 10, the entire team of ‘Kapoor & Sons‘ comprising of Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt, Fawad Khan, Karan Johar and Rishi Kapoor were geared up to launch the first official trailer for their upcoming film. It was a good sight for the audience to watch the veteran star bonding with the stalwarts of Bollywood’s young brigade on stage. All seem to go well and the event unfolded as expected.

As per the plan, the stars unveiled the first trailer of ‘Kapoor & Sons’ which received an applaud from the audience. But, as soon as the Trailer came to an end and people geared for the question and answer session with the stars, Rishi Kapoor made an impromptu exit from the event. Rishi Kapoor, who would be seen in a completely transformed avatar in ‘Kapoor & Sons,’ so much that he is unrecognisable in the film, had worry plastered on his face when he left the venue. Before his exit, he had a short conversation with Karan Johar who expressed the same kind of worry on his face while Mr. Kapoor informed him about his exit. Following this, the ace filmmaker took to the stage and informed the audience that due to some sudden emergency Rishi Kapoor had to leave.

Well, we wonder what could have possibly gone wrong for Rishi Kapoor to make such a hurried exit from the event. Hope everything’s well!

Anyway, ‘Kapoor & Sons’ will hit the theatres on March 18, 2016.
