Rishi Kapoor: Not only Pakistani artistes but whole Pakistan should condemn Uri attack

The Uri terror attack has given birth to a large debate in the country. Should Pakistani artistes be allowed to work in India or not? Moreover, many of them not openly condemning the attack also gave birth to a suppressed anger and disappointment. Amidst everything, veteran actor Rishi Kapoor has opened up and feels that not only the artistes but the common people should also condemn the attack.

“Think.Why only Pakistani artists should condemn the terrorist attack?Whole of Pakistan should. After all they deny any hand in the Uri attack,”  [sic] Kapoor wrote.

“By not condemning and keeping quiet, you are confirming Pakistan as being the terrorists. Pakistan, if you are not guilty, condemn them! Simple,” he added.

As expected, he did get a bit of flak from his followers from Pakistan. In conversation with fans through comments, Kapoor wrote, “Absolutely agree. Therefore we should all unitedly condemn terrorism. Some from Pakistan reacted wrongly as what I tried to say. I am for peace.” [sic]

Now that makes a lot of sense!
