Rishi Kapoor plans to drag his neighbours to court for defaming him!

Rishi Kapoor seems to have become controversies favourite child. He is always in the news but unfortunately for all the wrong reasons. Mostly because of the out-of-the-box tweets he makes. But this time around, he is in the news for some other reason. Apparently, his neighbours have become a cause of a trouble for him.

Sometime back, there were reports that Rishi Kapoor is carrying out some construction work in his Pali House residence. Post this his neighbours accused him of making changes to the society ‘illegally’ and that he should stop it immediately. Today, we have an update on the same.

As per reports, Rishi is now planning to drag his neighbour to the court and sue them for defaming him. In quote to Mumbai Mirror, “I have already spoken to my lawyers and will be filing a defamation suit against the society for defaming me and doing character assassination. I am a law-abiding citizen and went through the grind like others to obtain permissions. We are aware of recent builder’s interest in Daffodils. But these are conjectures until proven.”

The reports also state that his society members are now pleading him to not take a legal action. Residents claim that the secretary of the society took action against Rishi Kapoor without the members consent and they are willing to protest against the secretary. In fact, one of the residents stated, “All this was cleared long ago when Rishi Kapoor bought the bungalow. There were some issues and he had written twice to the society to sort out the issues. No one replied at that time then why is the society objecting now when he has started the construction? I myself had surveyed the land and he is only using the part of the land which rightfully belongs to him.”
