Rishi Kapoor slams a troll for threatening Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra

The whole incident wherein the members of ‘Karni Sena’ beat up director Sanjay Leela Bhansali, has created a war like situation on social media, between celebs and trolls. These people who have declared themselves as self-appointed guards of culture have resorted to condemnable means in the form of violence.

A bevy of Bollywood stars have come out in support of Bhansali and the makers of ‘Padmavati’, slamming this act, and the ones who are supporting it, and the latest to join the bandwagon is none other than Rishi Kapoor, who is known for his no-nonsense attitude on social media.

A troll, went too ahead in tagging Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra, and tweeted a threatening statement saying, “B’Wood this is just d beginning, there is more to come if you dont mend your ways. Jai Hind!” This tweet was in reply to Deepika’s tweet wherein she had said that she was saddened by what had happened.

Rishi sir immediately fired up and slammed this pseudo-nationalist saying, “You need a kick up your crotch asswipe! Shut your bloody trap respect the women you address.”

It’s disheartening to see a hatred so palpable from your own countrymen, that too when the same country has been witness to the finest pieces of cinema, sans any objections and offences, once upon a time in the golden era.

Anyway, we applaud the way Rishi sir shut this troll down.
