Rishi Kapoor’s reaction on Ranveer Singh – Arjun Kapoor’s roast of Ranbir Kapoor

The IIFA awards was held at Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia recently. The event was hosted by Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor. The ‘Gunday’ actors created a lively act with their funny antics onstage. They left no stone upturned to make the event an unforgettable one. They even made fun of Aamir Khan’s reaction on their AIB roast and Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Bombay Velvet’.

Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh’s roast of Ranbir Kapoor did not receive any reaction from the ‘Bombay Velvet’ actor, but dad Rishi Kapoor surely has something to say on it.

Rishi Kapoor’s cool reply to the roast was, “It’s alright, yaar. It is okay to run down anyone for a few laughs in this industry. Ranbir is going through that phase in his career when he is facing flak for his choice of films, and rightly so. He has made some mistakes. He will emerge a stronger, wiser and more learned actor after his suicidal career decisions. All actors go through lean phases. It’s part and parcel of growing as an actor”.

Truly a rocking statement made by a man known for his short temper.
