The recent terror attack on Bangladesh’s capital city Dhaka has sent a shock wave across the world. Veteran actor-screenwriter Salim Khan is deeply saddened by the incident and tweeted to express his grief over it.
“To be a Muslim one has to follow the Prophet and Quran. I don’t know what these people are following but they are not following Islam at all,” he wrote.

At a cafe called Holy Artisan, a group of gunmen took hostage of a bunch of people who were dining there. The convicts were asked to chant Quran and prove that they are Muslims. Those who could, got away with their lives while the ones who could not were stabbed to death with sharp weapon. Around 20 people lost their lives, including an Indian woman named Tarishi Jain.

He also urged the Muslim community to come forward against such heinous acts and said that the Eid prayers will remain incomplete without condemning them.
