Salman Khan in legal trouble for Yakub Memon tweet

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan‘s troubles are once again on the increase. The Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor who was at a high with his recent release minting at the box-office, has landed in more legal woes. Yes a case has been filed against the actor by lawyer Sushil Mishra for tweeting in defense of Mumbai blasts convict Yakub Memon.

Lawyer Sushil Mishra has also filed a case against against Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi for speaking in support of Memon. A case has been filed against Salman and Owaisi under section 124A (sedition) and others of Indian Penal Code. The case will continue to be heard on July 28. Mishra said that Salman and Owaisi are anti-nationals as they defended a person who has already been awarded the death penalty by the court.

Salman Khan had spoken in defense of Yakub Menon but after public backlash had retracted his tweet. Looks like the Legal woes of Salman Khan are not ending anytime soon.
