Of late, Samsung has attracted quite a lot of negative response due to flawed batteries in their Galaxy Note J 7 series. They either don’t work properly or they tend to blast. However, this time, none other than superstar Amitabh Bachchan fell prey to the problem and straight away took to Twitter to share the complaint.
T 2395 -I have Samsung Note 7. Battery charge restricted to 60%. When will it allow me to go 100 ? Mr Samsung please respond ! zara jaldi ! pic.twitter.com/VVkzPqXh1j

We aren’t sure they’d respond to a layman, but they were prompt in getting back to Bachchan. “Dear Mr Bachchan, the new Galaxy Note7 will be with you shortly. Thank you for choosing Samsung,” Samsung Mobile India wrote.
This left other users wondering if they’d be treated the same way. Some were even dejected and said replacing the a faulty phone is no solution, but fixing the problem is.
Can’t blame them, can we?
