Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan to celebrate women in Indian cinema together

There have been many instances when Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan have come together to rock the stage at award functions or even reality shows, but this time it is Shah Rukh and Aamir Khan who will be performing together to entertain the audience.

In a special segment at an event being held on December 17 to celebrate women in Hindi cinema, Aamir will be seen performing his version of ‘Dhaakad’ from ‘Dangal’. Shah Rukh Khan will be hosting the event.

Says a source, “It’s a Zee event, that will see Aamir launch his version of ‘Dhaakad’ from the ‘Dangal’ soundtrack. The actor will be seen rapping after 19 long years — the last time being ‘Aati Kya Khandala’ for ‘Ghulam’.”

Aamir confirms and says, “I felt the song was apt for the occasion. I have sung that song and we have shot it specially for that event and not as part of the ‘Dangal’ OST. I really enjoyed ‘Dhaakad’ and will be singing it in its entirety.”

It sure will be interesting to see Shah Rukh and Aamir share the stage after so long.
