Shah Rukh Khan plays a psychiatrist in his upcoming release ‘Dear Zindagi’, where he helps Alia Bhatt look at life’s brighter side. However, in real life, the man is really bad at talking about his personal issues and will never choose to consult a professional for any of his problems!
During a recent interaction, Shah Rukh Khan was sharing how he is just shy to talk about his own feelings. “I am very cloistered, very shell like. I feel awkward talking about my personal feeling. As a matter of fact, (when) a friend does talk to me about my personal feelings, I get very awkward,” he said.

“It’s not that I am uncomfortable about my personal feelings, I keep them to myself. Never! I don’t think I will ever seek professional advice unless I am admitted to an asylum because people think so and force me to, I have never sought any advice,” the actor added.
Hmm… we don’t know if he’d ever need a psychiatrist, but the man himself surely is a mood-lifter for many!
