Shah Rukh Khan gets candid on Gauri Khan’s presence by his side

It’s been a few weeks now after superstar Shah Rukh Khan successfully completed his glorious mark of working for 25 years in the Hindi film industry. Not many would be aware that before the actor’s first film ‘Deewana’ was released, he had already tied the knot with Gauri Khan with whom he celebrated their 25^th wedding anniversary in the month of October last year. Recently, SRK was asked about how Gauri has stood by him in these 25 years. He spoke very candidly about Gauri saying that she has been his pillar through all these years and he couldn’t be more happy about it.

It was during his interview with a leading daily when SRK got candid and said, “Moving to Mumbai was a radical change for us. Not only for her, for me too. Not for any other reason but because we were uprooted from the city that we were born and brought up in and suddenly put into a new world — that was so different from anything real. I think Gauri and I, both, dealt with it. There were days where I would be explaining to her things that I didn’t understand. There were days when she would stand by me and say, ‘Okay, this is how it’s gonna be. Let’s make the best of it’.”

“But I think within the first two-three years, the fact that we both faced this uprootedness together, in a world we didn’t belong to, kind of got us to understand what space we are going to live our lives through. Because somewhere deep down inside, we all want life to be nice and happy. And for as long as possible. Realistically speaking, we didn’t think I’ll become such a big star because we didn’t know the magnitude of stardom that can be achieved here,” added the actor.

Further, SRK also revealed that the birth of his three children, Aryan, Suhana and AbRam Khan have to be the best moments in his life since all of them were born in different phases of his life.

Seriously, SRK and Gauri’s love for each other is something that is bound to give many major couple goals.

Talking about films, SRK is gearing up for the release of his next film ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ in which he stars alongside Anushka Sharma. The film is slated to hit the screens on August 4, 2017.
