Shah Rukh Khan gifts Pritam a guitar as a token of appreciation for ‘JHMS’

Shah Rukh Khan is leaving no stone unturned in ensuring the best possible buzz for his soon-to-release movie ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal‘. The actor and his co-star Anushka Sharma have been promoting their movie in the most innovative manner. The makers released a series of ‘mini trails’ depicting the journey of Harry and Sejal. And the songs too were promoted in the most fun way possible. Be it ‘Radha’ amidst Sejals in Ahmedabad, club-hopping to launch ‘Beech beech mein’ or launching ‘Butterfly’ amidst fans in Punjab, each of the songs were released with a lot of buzz. So as each of the songs met with an overwhelming response, SRK was mighty impressed and happy about it and decided to gift a guitar to the music composer, Pritam, the man behind these lovely tracks. He took to his Twitter page and shared a picture with Pritam where he is seen handing over the fancy guitar to him which has the poster of ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ printed on it. Sharing the picture, he wrote, “This guitar has had a Safar of its own. Gave it to @ipritamofficial before the film & he gifted me the beautiful music of JHMS in return…”

Overwhelmed by the gesture, the ace composer replied, “Thank you sir! This gift is extremely special to me just like #JHMS music. To pass on the goodness, I’d put this ? on auction for charity”

In the movie, SRK plays the role of a Punjabi tourist guide named Harinder Singh Nehra aka Harry while Anushka Sharma plays the role of a Gujarati girl Sejal in the movie. Presented by Red Chillies Entertainment and directed by Imtiaz Ali. The movie will be releasing on August 4, 2017.
