Shah Rukh Khan selfie with Zayn Malik goes viral

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan was recently awarded honored for his Outstanding Contribution to Cinema. The Khan was handed over the award at the Asian Awards held in London last week. The Badshah bonded with One Directions ex member Zayn Malik there. Zayn was feted for his Outstanding Contribution to Music.

Shah Rukh Khan had tweeted a selfie, that he had clicked with the singing sensation Zayn Malik. The tweete has been retweeted 110,000 times and favourited 150,000 times on King Khan’s Twitter handle. That makes it one of the most, if not the most, retweeted and favourited photos for an Indian Twitter user.

In his award acceptance speech, Shah Rukh Khan had had said, “There is so much talent around Asia and so many achievers, whether it is Dr Amar Bose, the Hinduja Brothers or Zayn Malik. I am glad to have been a part of such a wonderful celebration of hard work by people in difference field but similar passion.”
