Sonam Kapoor replaces Aishwarya Rai Bachchan! Find out where and how

Off late, Sonam Kapoor’s luck is blossoming! After huge success of ‘Neerja’, Bollywood’s fashionista Sonam Kapoor has now replaced none other than the Bachchan bahu, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, as the brand ambassador of a prominent jewelry brand. However, Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan who also endorse the same brand, still remain ambassadors.

Sonam has replaced Aishwarya as the face of Kalyan Jewellers and will promote their ranges of diamond and gold jewelry. Ramesh Kalyanaraman, Executive Director, Marketing and Operations of the brand, issued a statement welcoming Sonam aboard.

“We would like to thank Aishwarya Rai Bachchan for augmenting the product propositions of brand Kalyan over the last 3 years and helping Kalyan establish itself as a leading national brand. We welcome Sonam Kapoor and are confident that her status as a style icon and popularity will strengthen future product campaigns of Kalyan Jewellers,” he said.

Sonam’s contract with the brand will last for next three years. Presently, the other endorsers of the brand are Nagarjuna, Prabhu, Shivaraj Kumar and Manju Warrier.
