Sonam Kapoor receives the sweetest wish from father Anil Kapoor on her birthday

It is Bollywood’s fashionista’s birthday today and well, how can it go without any hullabaloo? All Sonam Kapoor fans have been sending her heart-warming birthday wishes on social media, but the one sent by her father Anil Kapoor is the sweetest of all. He posted a long message on Instagram and we can say that, it’s the best thought that a father could convey to his daughter.

Mr Kapoor narrated an instance from Sonam’s childhood wherein he got late from work and went missing from the birthday celebrations. He stated how he made up to Sonam for not being around on her birthday, but in turn he realized that his little angel was not even aware that he was missing most of the evening. He concluded his post with, “You’ve always had a way of making everything better” statement, which made our heart melt.

You know, I can’t remember which movie I was shooting that year, but I do remember @kapoor.sunita murderous look when I walked in late for your Birthday party! I tried to make up for it by carrying you around in my arms all night, trying to prove to Sunita (and to myself) that I was an attentive father! I was so afraid of upsetting you until it struck me that you hadn’t even realized that I’d been missing for most of the evening!
