Sunny Leone and Daniel Weber face legal charges over non-completion of a movie

Few years ago, actress Sunny Leone‘s husband Daniel Weber was pretty much keen to make a debut in Bollywood and an announcement too was made about his debut movie ‘Dangerous Husn’. We had even got a glimpse of him in a photoshoot of the movie, but there has been no update after that. Now after two years, there are reports about the makers of the movie filing a case against Sunny Leone and Daniel Weber for non-completion of the movie. The makers state that Sunny and Daniel left the shoot of the movie mid-way in spite of taking a ransom.

Filmmaker Dinesh Tiwari said that when they had approached Sunny Leone to play the lead role in their movie, she had suggested hubby Daniel Weber’s name and they had even agreed for it. Soon, Sunny agreed to shoot a promotional number for the movie and the makers also paid an amount of Rs 15 lakh to Daniel as remuneration. Once the first schedule of the movie was over in 15 days, when the makers asked Daniel and Sunny for their dates for the second schedule and the promotional video, Sunny avoided them, says Dinesh. And when they asked Daniel, he asserted that his wife didn’t want him to make his debut with the movie.

Dinesh was taken aback and extremely miffed with their behaviour, so he filed a complaint against them at the Versova Police Station. The other side of the story states that Sunny had never agreed to shoot for the promotional number. Daniel has denied the allegations and stated that the makers had approached Sunny for the song, but after seeing the first rushes of the movie, Sunny had refused the offer. Also speaking about him making a debut with the movie, Daniel stated that the crew of the movie wasn’t paid and some of the members had even walked out due to this. Also, after shooting for 10 days, the schedule came to a halt as local unions gatecrashed on the sets and shut down the movie completely. Daniel sums it up by saying that he was on board for the movie and had even allotted dates for the same to Dinesh Tiwari.

So, after listening to both the versions of the story, we don’t know as to what exactly happened. Let’s wait to see where this matter is headed to.
