Tabu to feature in the sequel of ‘Chandni Bar’?

Remember Madhur Bhandarkar‘s much acclaimed 2001 film ‘Chandni Bar’? If things go well, then we are soon to have a sequel of the film! In a recent interview with Mumbai Mirror, writer-director duo Harish Kotian and Sandeep Choudhary confirmed the news.

“Our film will concentrate on the political dynamics around the functioning of the bar and how it impacts the lives of girls who work there, supporting their families with the money they earn dancing,” Harish said.

Do we see Tabu in the sequel too? Well, there are chances. As per the report, the makers have already approached her. However, no confirmation has come from Tabu’s end so far.

So far, the film’s cast includes Suchitra Pillai, Sachin Khedekar and Zakir Hussain.
